Belly Dancing Taster Classes

Belly dancing is a beautiful feminine form of dance which is great for toning your body, building up your confidence and is suitable for all ages, sizes and shapes.

In our belly dancing taster classes you will experience the art of belly dance through combinations of hip, chest and arm movements and will feel how you can use and control your muscles to create beautiful and graceful motion.

Our belly dancing taster classes are ideal if you are unsure as to whether you want to sign up to a full belly dancing course, try the class first and discuss any questions you might have with the instructor.

What to wear in a belly dancing taster?

Soft comfortable clothing that you can move and exercise in. Suggested outfit can include tracksuits, leggings and a top of your choice. It is recommended to bring a scarf (even if it is not specifically for belly dancing) to wrap around your hips to accentuate the movements. In terms of footwear, barefoot, soft ballet/jazz shoes or simply socks are all suitable for this dance style. Changing rooms are available for you to use before and after the class.
