Annabelle is a versatile and experienced dance instructor specialising in Brazilian Zouk, Salsa, Bachata, Forro as well as various other dance disciplines including Burlesque, Street Dance, Samba and Modern Jive.
After studying Performing Arts in college, Annabelle went travelling to Brazil where she discovered and fell in love with the colourful variety of the Brazilian dance styles. Upon her return to the UK, she continued her training in Zouk, Salsa, Bachata as well as all other forms of dance. Her continuous desire to learn and improve her ability, coupled with her bubbly personality led her naturally on to becoming a skilled dance instructor teaching regular group and private dance lessons.
Apart from teaching dance, Annabelle is a qualified Exercise for Music, Body Balance, Bodyjam and Aqua instructor and is currently undertaking her pilates instructor training. She enjoys teaching different levels and age groups and runs a regular Dance Ability class for people with special needs at the YMCA as well as kids dance workshops for schools.
Annabelle has a friendly and welcoming personality which puts her students at ease and they immediately start to enjoy learning to dance with her.
Mohammed discovered social partner dancing through Salsa and later on Brazilian Zouk in London. He has attended numerous Zouk congresses around the world and has in addition spent a few months in Brazil and Argentina developing his style and learing from the best teachers in that style around the world.
Mohammed is a highly respected Brazilian Zouk teacher and Co-founder of Dancebuzz. His friendly and structured approach in teaching, attention to detail and fun personality make his classes very popular within the Zouk community in London.
Mohammed and Nataliya became partners in 2009 and are have been teaching and promoting Brazilian Zouk in London since then.They recently won the award "Best Brazilian Dance School in the UK 2012" by the Latin American UK Awards.
Nataliya has trained extensively in classical ballet from the age of 7 as well as later on in jazz and character dance. She first discovering partner dancing through salsa in 2003 which was a dance style she fell in love with. Later on, when she moved to the UK from France, she came across the beautiful and versatile Brazilian Zouk style and like many others got hooked. Its fluidity and various musical genres (including some of the latest RnB and Pop hits) Zouk could be danced to, turned into her utimate dance passion.
After learning Zouk for a number years with the best teachers in London and in Brazilian Zouk congresses around the world, Nataliya also spent a few months in Brazil where she trained in other Brazilian partner dances like samba de gefieira and forro at some of the biggest and most recognised dance schools in the country.
Nataliya teaches regular Brazilian Zouk and Salsa classes is passionate about bringing dance to everyone as a fun and exciting hobby which can change one's live. She is also the Founder and Director of Dancebuzz.
