Emiko

Emiko has been teaching street, Bollywood and other styles of dance all over London and UK for schools, studios, fitness clubs, hen do’s, charities such as the British Red Cross and for individuals for the past six years and enjoys being able to share her skills and passion for dance.

Emiko's love for Bollywood film initially lead her to start classes in Indian dance seven years ago. Through the classes she was invited to join a Bollywood dance company that she has been a part of for the past five years. Progressively Emiko has expanded her training to other forms of classical Indian dance including bharatnatyam, folk and kathak. She has danced with many dance companies and is experienced in performing on stage, corporate events, festivals, TV, commercials and film.

Emiko also spent a year in California where she joined a Hindi Film Dance crew alongside her studies and competed in National Bollywood Dance competitions under choreographer Nakul Dev Mahajan. Her experience in America made her determined to train harder and use dance as a mode to change lives and to inspire others to achieve their personal goals.
