Catriona graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary dance in 2005 and previously studied at the Scottish School of Contemporary dance specialising in ballet and contemporary dance.  Since graduating, she has worked extensively as a choreographer, dance teacher and performer using a host of dance styles and working with different age ranges and abilities in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Dance Colleges, Professional Dance Schools, and also within community settings.

Apart from ballet and contemporary dance, Catriona has taught street dance/hip-hop, jazz, African dance and cheerleading. She has choreographed, taught and performed for a large number of companies including Sadler's Wells/London Youth Dance, Act2Drama, Innovation Dance Company, Sakoba Dance Theatre and The Dance Movement.

Catriona is a friendly and encouraging ballet teacher whose objective is to make you enjoy dance and appreciate its benefits outside of the studio, in the context of your everyday life.


Megan completed her professional training through The Royal Ballet Associate Programme and The Arts Educational School, Tring Park- specialising in Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz. Since graduating, she has had a variety of roles on and off stage within the dance and theatre industries, as well as choreographing for a large number of dance and musical theatre groups.

She now teaches both adults and children in organisations across London, specialising in Classical Ballet, but also freelancing in Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical theatre, Tap and Wedding dance choreography.

Megan is a has a bubbly personality which helps her connect easily with people and create an easy-going class environment for everyone. She is passionate about introducing ballet to beginners, as well as those who are returning after a long break. She enjoys encouraging students to grow in confidence, while also having fun in the process.
