Our ballroom dance classes are held in a number of centrally located studios with wood-sprung flooring in London for both the weekends and weekday evenings.
Our friendly team of professional and experienced ballroom dance teachers are there to make your ballroom dancing classes fun and will break down all the steps and so in no time will have you dancing with confidence.
In our standard ballroom dance lessons, you will learn two of the Standard Ballroom styles (waltz and tango or quickstep and foxtrot) and two of the Latin Ballroom styles (cha-cha and jive and samba and rumba). The focus is on correct posture, hold, timing, terminology, technique, styling and footwork.
Not only taking ballroom dancing classes is a fun activity useful for social events and special occasions but it is also a form of expression as well as a very good exercise and a way to interact with people. It is also a way to build self-confidence from the way you look on the dance floor, which can be used in other aspects of your life. Couples as well as singles are welcome to join our ballroom dancing classes.

What to wear in a Ballroom & Latin dance class?
Smart casual clothing and comfortable shoes. If you are a beginner normal shoes (ideally with leather sole) are a good choice. Trainers and high heels are not recommended. If you are an improver or advanced dancer you might want to consider purchasing a pair of special shoes for ballroom dancing.
