Our beginners ballet classes for adults are the way towards getting that grace, poise and long toned legs of a ballerina. Working out your whole body and improving your posture, flexibility and well-being, it is not a secret that ballet is a preferred form of exercise for numerous celebrities.
Throughout the beginners ballet classes you will learn to understand body alignment and position, will develop and tone your upper and lower body muscles and improve balance and breathing. You will be introduced to the ballet terminology and learn the positions, basic barre and centre exercises, jumps and turns.
Taking ballet lessons will also help improve any other dance style you might practising as it will strengthen your centre, giving you better balance and body lines.

Soft comfortable clothing that you can freely move and exercise in. Suggested outfit can include leggings and a top of your choice. It is recommended to wear clothes that are not too loose as this would help to see better your body lines and execute the movements correctly. In terms of footwear, soft ballet shoes are most suitable. Please contact us if you need advice on where you can buy them from. Changing rooms are available for you to use before and after the class.
