Barre Fitness is a ballet inspired class which will tone, sculpt and strengthen your whole body. Using principles from ballet, Pilates as well as stretching exercises, all done to a current inspiring music, this is workout craze has taken the world by storm.

Our Barre Fitness classes focus on working your whole body by targeting individual muscle groups and then stretching them out to achieve a long lean look.

What to wear in a Barre class?

Soft comfortable clothing that you can freely move and exercise in. Suggested outfit can include leggings and a top of your choice. It is recommended to wear clothes that are not too loose as this would help to see better your body lines and execute the movements correctly. In terms of footwear, socks or soft ballet shoes are most suitable. Please contact us if you need advice on where you can buy them from. Changing rooms are available for you to use before and after the class.
